room was not ready, and this was at 3:20 so as to clean the room would have added 30 mins. at best. had to go in my family members room to get ready for a wedding. When I did check in later that night was NO remote for TV did bring me one didn't work right with TV. Would I stay there again NO I mean hell NO. This may not be the last review either.

The woman at check in was fantastic! I wish I had caught her name, but she was very friendly and informative and even helped me save money on my stay with the rewards program.

The heater in the pool was not working so it was too cold for the kids to swim and the hot tub was also broken.

Staff was so very up lifting and there for what ever you needed. I want to give all the girls at the front desk all 10 and the lady who prepared all the morning breakfast a 20 as well please make sure the all get the points that are coming to them from us. Sincerely yours the Oswalds.
