Clean and quiet. Place to walk the dog.

It serves its purpose. If you're going to be in town for a couple days and just need a bed and a shower on the cheap this is the place. The location is on a main road so you can get around quickly. Surprisingly there was no road noise! My room was also fairly clean.
Negatives:
I found the bed to be uncomfortable. I spent 2 nights on it and although I slept I found myself rolling around during the night because of the aches and pains the bed created and/or exacerbated. It's the typical motel setup. Every room lined up with all the doors exiting the the parking lot. The grounds could use a spiff up and a new coat of paint wouldn't hurt. But, you get what you pay for. I still recommend it.

Adequate stay on the cheap
Positives:
Convenient since we had a special family event very near the hotel.
Negatives:
There was NO hot water one of the mornings so I had to take a freezing shower. Thankfully I didnt have to wash my hair.

Positives:
We liked the spartan furnishings with surfaces that could be well cleaned. No carpet, no upholstered chairs. The place felt and smelled clean. We like being off the main highway, on a more quiet street. The small double bed (not a "queen") was comfortable enough and the shower was OK. The price was right.
Negatives:
OK Spartan is one thing. . . but, there were no hooks or towel racks in the bathroom at all. Also no place in the shower to put your soap and shampoo, except on the floor. We would have preferred a true "queen" sized bed, or a "king". . . with a more comfortable micro foam topper. The WIFI in our room was incredibly slow. Be aware, there is coffee, but no breakfast.
