Very small room for toilet and shower. It is hard to stand inside and shut the door. We had a small room with one queen bed. The sink was outside the toilet and shower room.

Hard to find front desk, TOO SMOKY everywhere - even in the non smoking rooms, TV remote issue was unresolvable bar moving rooms, AC/heat sounded like a freight train, and NO secure doors to outside.

The carpet was filthy beds not changed daily room not cleaned up daily. Garbage pails not emptied daily. Towels not provided daily coffee not provided. Burrs were in carpet and husband stepped on one.
