Negatives: Overpriced considering the rooms were at a very bad shape. Old furnishings no water in rooms etc Key locks malfunctioning. Missing pictures with wall hooks exposed, to name a few Staff was indiffered. Casino was terrible and dirty.

Positives: The location was perfect. The people that we dealt with in person were kind but when we had to deal with someone over the phone, they were rude. I would like to mention that the shop in the hotel that rents snowboards and skis is extremely accommodating. They were so kind and really made the experience a lot better.

Negatives: The A/C didn't work and the room got really hot at night. The water pressure in the shower sucks and you get the tiniest things of shampoo and conditioner which doesn't work for a family. The beds were so firm that my back literally hurt every day.

Negatives: It was dirty. Our room had tape in many areas and a ripped curtain as well as frayed up carpet . It just didn’t come off put together. I was NOT pleased but made the most of our stay.

Negatives: casino is old and confusing. too many mirrors and separated areas. slots were sucking us dry and not even a touch of winning. We ended up going to Harrahs our second day. there was no type of cafe. only a sports bar and grill and very expensive restaurants

Negatives: Construction going on at all hours of the day, run down rooms, 2 fire alarms within 3 days; the first one the staff left my mom who uses a walker without any assistance while I was away from the room. 2nd time we got her down 11 flight of stairs only to find it was a false alarm with no announcement. Stained bedding…the list goes on
