HOTEL HAD NO HOT WATER FOR DAY 2 OF OUR STAY AS BOILER WAS BSDING REPLACED. WE FOUND THAT OUT ON ARRIVAL, TOO LATE TO CANCEL AND SEEK ELSEWHERE. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT A TEXT WARNING US.

The front desk staff and the breakfast variety.
Negatives:
The water would not drain in the tub or sink and upon check-in there was water in the tub. They did not have the correct size sheets for the sofa bed and no extra pillows besides the ones provided on the beds as the hotel was 100% capacity.
