Positives: Dirty coffee cups left in room. I went for more at the reservation desk. They didn’t seem to be concerned and didn’t apologize. They gave me mor cups.

Positives: Everything was great. Smooth. Check in with Jack at the front desk. I told him my parents were with me so a 1st floor option would be best and he set us up perfectly, close to the entrace/exit so my parents wouldn't have to walk too far. Checking out was just as smooth, quick with no fuss. Amenities on point, we loved that we had a keuring and microwave in our room.
Negatives: The front desk gentleman our 1st night was not very friendly or hospitable. My mother and I were asking about the coffee machine at the shop near the front desk, as well as the different snack options and he kept saying, yes but they cost money, in a condescending way and made me feel like just because I wasn't dressed fancy or have my hair all done, mind you it was after 11pm and I was in my sleepwear, a shorts and oversized t-shirt with my hair up in a clip. They way he talked to us was not pleasant and I understand we all have not so good days but as a guest at your Inn, he kept saying everything costs money, its not free. But when another guest came to the shop and picked a few items he was more than eager to assist and politely asked if he would like to add it to his room bill or pay separate. YES, I was a offended because the other guest got polite service while my mother and I got rude service. He then proceeded to say we don't take cash, I said ok showed him the room key and told him please add to our room bill. Thank you and walked away. I didnt get his name as he was not forthcoming but its ok I remember what he looks like and the next time I do decide to book here I will get his name.

Positives: Location
Negatives: They lied. Shuttle service was listed as on the advertisement. When we arrived we were told it wasnt provided. Pool was listed also and it was under maintenance and closed. Asked for a taxi service and the staff said it wasnt there job.
