Holiday Inn Express & Suites Henderson an IHG Hotel

Negatives: My one and only issue was the horrible experience I had with the front desk agent who checked us in. She was the rudest, most aggressive person I’ve ever experienced during a hotel stay. After waiting 15 minutes for her to come out of the back when we arrived, she saw that I was paying with my Chime debit card. She said “We don’t take chime, we’ll have to cancel your reservation and you will have to pay for the cancellation fee.” I asked why I couldn’t pay with Chime and she said that they don’t accept any prepaid cards like Cash app or Venmo cards. I calmly explained to her that Chime is not a prepaid card. It is a Visa debit card that I receive my paycheck in every two weeks just like a normal bank account. Her response was “take it up with my boss“ I told her that I have a Bank of America account so we were able to use that and get me checked in, she was absolutely horrible and unprofessional getting us in. Then we ran out to get our luggage and as we walked in, she clearly saw me walking in and she was on the phone with someone talking about me even though I was standing right there and could clearly hear her. She was telling them how I tried to use a prepaid card which I didn’t and that was very angry and had an attitude when she told me I couldn’t use it also which I didn’t. She is the reason I will not be returning to this location.

Negatives: i booked for twin beds and got a queen. I asked to changed it because when i booked on booking i requested twin beds. So the night sucks because i slept on the floor
