Booking.com has the wrong information I was told I would have 2 king beds but the hotel doesnt have 2king beds its. Only one king and queen.. so sleeping was uncomfortable

Floors stink! Smell like old spoiled food in my room! Check in was at 3, I arrived at 12 for early check in like instructed only to be told I wasnt aloud to check in until 4 do to housekeeping not having my room ready!!

It was a decent size room for 3 people, the kitchen was very useful and it was great having a fridge since we were there for 9 days.
There was on site laundry.
Staff was mostly helpful and attentive. The pool was nice.
Negatives:
We ordered a king bedroom suite with pull out couch. They didn't have so we were switched to queen bed with pull out couch.
The pull out couch mattress was broken and when you sat.on some parts the springs were broken, so I ended up sleeping on just the couch. Sometimes the hot water didn't work, just had cold warm water.
The kitchenette did not have an oven.
Our room was only cleaned once, otherwise we had to gather all the sheets and towels and garbage and place outside.

Positives:
Staff was very friendly and gave us recommendations for dinner that were excellent. Room was nice and would be great for anyone staying an extended time as it was a studio apartment.
Negatives:
I understand that hotels are trying to be pet friendly but please do not forgot those of us with animal allergies. Perhaps keeping certain rooms for those of us that are highly allergic to pet dander. When I brought this to the front desk, I was met with a confused look.

The property was clean, safe, and comfortable. We didnt hear anybody else, not even in the hallways, so maybe soundproof too! (we did the other guests, so the hotel wasnt empty!
Negatives:
We were really excited about the Marriott waffles on a Sunday morning But this location did not serve them. They said they alternate days, and this was an off day. This was the reason we chose Marriott over other chains, so it was disappointing.
