We were covered in bugs all night. The room had bugs all over and we took video and pictures and took it down to the desk to show them.

The morning & evening views where beautiful, food was good & staff was nice.

out of date rooms & dust webs, $150 pet fee, it was not clean on the grounds of the resort, with dog poop all over and no poop bags in the bins, and patio was opened to the next rooms over.

The hotel grounds were beautiful. The customer service staff were nice and helpful. We had a beautiful view from our window.

I wish I would have asked for housekeeping to vacuum our carpet. We kept finding hair from a previous guest.

Lets start by saying driving up at night has the most beautiful views and then in the morning just as beautiful. A must stay family vacation or by yourself. Very pricy but worth it.

1.Short of staffs, but I understand the situation, hotel mngement limit budget, when we arrived after midnite there were no valet parking service available, we park ourself in a self park lot that rather far, but thx God it is not a big problem for us.2>

The staff was so nice and friendly. Plus, all the little bonuses were great like the essential oil by the bed and a complimentary drink at the hotel bar. The hotel was beautiful and the views were really nice.

Great price. Secluded and quiet. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. A great place to stay when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas.
Negatives:
The building and grounds are in need of maintenance. Its a beautiful hotel that just hasnt been a little neglected.
