Room was great and also pool area, restaurants and bars too. Decor in the lobby was lovely including the enchanted garden. enjoyed the fountains.
Negatives:
would have been nice to have coffee and tea making facilities and more TV channels. The staff were a bit hit and miss, most were courteous and some very helpful, particularly the house keeping, I thought they were exceptional but I also encountered some sarcastic and rude staff at the entrance of the hotel. front desk at check in and out were courteous but not very friendly.

Upon arrival at check in there was only two staff on assisting guests. I was first in line and suddenly a priority line filled and was taken before me. I had already been waiting patiently for about 10-15 minutes. I ended waiting even longer. It would have been nice to have one associate working priority and one on regular guests to be fair to all the guests that stood behind me waiting as well. Aren’t we all important? Shouldn’t we all receive proper service upon arrival when we chose the “Bellagio” Honestly this was disappointing!

Nice and quiet room on...
Positives:
Comfy beds. Nice bathroom with large shower and double sink. Good wardrobe space and room seating area. Multiple lifts.
Negatives:
Back of doorhandle in bathroom broken. Shower had limescale on head, window didn't blank outside noise even on 20th floor. Sound proofing poor. Adjoining room door meant every word could be heard and noisy screaming child. Hotel impersonal, busy and quite unwelcoming

The room with a view of the fountain is unique! The location on the Strip is excellent, everything is easily accessible on foot. The decor is very chic, the bed is huge, and the mattress is extremely comfortable.
Negatives:
At checkout, there were drinks from the minibar on the bill that we didn’t consume at all. You really have to be careful here to avoid unnecessary costs.
