When we got to our room, there was a heavy odor of smoke - I called the reception and they immediately changed our room and since there was no room available at the category we had selected they provided us with a complimentary upgrade. The process was very fast and smooth. The property is at a great location if you want to live the “Vegas experience”, with a tram connecting you to other resorts, so you can move around easily without taking a car.
Negatives:
It is the full “Vegas experience” so it is always crowded, you need to wait for a long time to get a coffee from the coffee shop, when the resort is busy, there are lines everywhere.
