The Fountain View was good, swimming pools clean and attendants very hospitable.
Negatives:
#1. The ice maker was inoperable, when I called the front desk they said they would inform maintenance,No one ever showed, all 3 days. #2 The front desk never informed us about the maintenance work being done in the room next to us (Pneumatic chisel) from 8 am to 3pm. When I mentioned it to guest services they acted like they didn't know, didn't offer to relocate us. Nor did they mention that in order not to have to pay parking we could sign up for the rewards card $18 ×3=$54.00. We won't be going back to the BELLAGIO.
