This was unbelievably over priced, not that clean, and the food was gone at breakfast because there were so many people and the staff couldn’t keep up. Our room wasn’t made up one day even though we wanted it to be. Guessing they were just overwhelmed.

Positives:
The hotel is located on a main thoroughfare so it was easy to find for our second night. We didn't have to get on the ring road in rush hour traffic. It's close to a state park but it was too hot to visit while we were there.
Negatives:
I didn't realize that ground floor of the hotel was actually below the main level of the entrance. We had to do some long distance hauling of our luggage the second night we stayed.

Breakfast was fine. Location was in the area that we needed to stay in.
Negatives:
This hotel is a 1.5 to 2 star at best. Chunks missing out of the baseboards, closet doors falling off, towels were stained and dirty. Our room was on the first floor, back of the building (which is actually below the front street level) dark room and very dirty. Moved to the JW for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast was very average, but clean room. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
My room number 104 was not on the wall plaque so not sure where to go. Ended up being next door to the fitness gym, across from the housekeeping closest and kiddy corner to the ice machine and laundry room. Had to the worst room location in the building. Bath tub did not drain well, stood in ankle deep water during shower time. Drained by morning.

There was a heavy smell in the room. The full kitchen didn’t even have a single utensil. TV didn’t work for the entire time I was there. Worst of all, I was bitten all over by bed bugs. Had rashes all over my body. The old wood in the useless kitchen may have caused them, I’m not sure. But I was itching for days. The hotel overall was really uncared for. The staff (one person) really tried to make the tv work and said she will get it taken care of the next day but nothing was done. The bathtub was also dirty. Never again.
