Great place with a very nice ambiance and the theme flows throughout the hotel in a cohesive way

Maps of the facility would be nice. We got directions to our room from the kiosk but no map to help us find out way through a giant maze. The one large map we did see say download the Caesars rewards app for a map only couldn't find one in the app.

The convenience to The Strip was unbelievably wonderful. The free room upgrade was also an unexpectedly delightful perk!
And the Bell Service staff were helpful, kind, and professional.
Negatives:
They double charged the Resort Fee and a fortnight later I am still waiting for my 'hold' to be released and refunded.
Also, it's a shame if you need to have frozen ice bricks for medicines ... They can't offer freezer service even though they have a gazillion bars and restaurants.
