Pools were beautiful. Quality of food and shopping were excellent.

Not the experience i expected. Nothing was convenient. Everything is an upcharge. Paid $90 for 2 drinks. Requested late checkout and was quoted $80 for one extra hour. Beds weren't made/garbage not thrown out. Told I needed to request housekeeping.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, in a very nice location.

Great location in the center of the strip, fabulous pool and beautiful hotel.

The front desk was under staffed with significant check in and check out wait times. I had a reservation for a king bed. However, the hotel said they were out and that if I wanted a king I could move to another room for an up charge.

asked for a room with a view and hotel staff at check-in said they would give a room with strip view but when I reached the room there was no view. It was overlooking parking lot and had city view. Guest services didnt help when called.

There was a bossy woman yelling at me to go to the center of the driveway to receive my car. No sign , and I was standing next to the kiosk. I dont like to be yelled at. Other than her, everyone was fine.

They didnt have the room type available when we arrived that we paid for. No king, so instead offered a two queen room, no apology. The room was very dated, torn couch, bedsheets with holes etc. They dont provide any coffee in the room, or water.
