The room was very roomy and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with our grown daughters, and they were able to give us adjoining rooms, which was a plus. The restaurants/food was wonderful, and the pool/pools were amazing. The property itself is beautiful.
Negatives:
My only negative comment I have, is the drinks/cocktails were way overpriced! Especially at the pool bar, they were ridiculous.

Checking staff trying to sell me more expensive room when i asked for quite room. Mine returned up actually fine. So he was just trying to scam me. His attitude was not respectful either. Pool closed at 6pm?? No spa next to the 100 pools they have? Room soap was not replaced in 4 days.. just not want you would expect in 5 starts hotels. And I stayed in many.

We we’re given the wrong room even tho we booked months in advance. As a compensation they offered to waive the resort fees (150$) but when we got the receipt at our departure we still payed the fee. The support isn’t answering after multiple tries and the employees at the facilities weren’t supportive either!

Watter leakage in the bathroom - watter on the floor, a little bit chaotic check in - Nobu has it's own reception which was quite hard to find - we spent approximately 30 minutes finding the proper reception

There were no queues at check in which was a massive relief even though it was a Labour Day weekend.
Jorge at the front desk was professional, welcomed us and check in was very pleasant. We did not have any problems finding our way around the hotel. Just followed the signs.

I arrived at 1h30 am and even though everything was confirmed, I got messages from the hotel via booking.com the reservation was cancelled without informing me.
The hotel was awful handling the situation. and booking.com was awful too. I would be very careful using booking.com to come to this hotel.
