Positives:
Location and variety of choices of restaurants.
Negatives:
The rooms were old and dated. Food was so overpriced, 14$ for minibar bottle of water! The staff was NOT friendly. Although I informed them of a late arrival they did not secure the room I booked and I had to consequently change rooms the following day and had to argue to be credited for the subpar room I was in. There was zero effort to make it right in a timely manner and I was then given a deadline to move rooms the following day , even though I had informed them I had planned to be out all day but there was zero flexibility. At checkout, because I checked out late in the day (I booked an extra night so I could be guaranteed to stay there late since I was taking a red eye home) and I couldn’t even get a final receipt because of the late hour and was told I would only get it via email. So, if you arrive too late you’re not guaranteed your room and if you leave late you can’t even settle your account. I now need to spend time over the phone to figure out the charges on my bill that do not make sense. I’ve been to Vegas 6 other times and I guarantee this will be the first and last time at this property.

A disappointing time, overpriced, old...
Positives:
Location is fabulous. The structure is breath taking and a work of art. It is an icon property.
Negatives:
The air conditioning in public areas was a little too cold. It was an extreme contrast from the 40-degree weather outside. I always had to have a sweater handy. The water in the pool was also very, very cold therefore it was not comfortable to submerge the full body.
Although I appreciated having music everywhere but it was a little too loud, making it difficult to have conversations with people.
Lastly, there were no real sitting areas to lounge and just relax. Besides sitting at the slots, bars, or restaurants, there were no sofas or benches to just take a little rest inside. However, there were nice benches outside one of the main entrances with umbrellas for shade.

Caesars is a classic with a nice casino!
Negatives:
It lives a bit from the reputation of the old days as it is a bit run down (especially for a 5 star hotel).
Be careful with the minibar! They charge you once you touch anything (sensors under the products).
Unfortunately not a centralised breakfast room (you have to find restaurants every day).
