One of my two rooms was not ready when I arrived, so I was told to wait for a text when the room was ready. Three hours later (after a late dinner), there was no text. I had to wait in line again to get my second room. Also, the key to one of our rooms stopped working the morning we were leaving. It took me half an hour to get that sorted out, including a VERY long wait on the phone.

As an example; Charging an extra $100 fee for renting an umbrella at the pool is not only excessive but also irresponsible. Children and other guests need protection from the intense sun, and such fees make it clear that the hotel prioritizes profit over guest well-being. As a hotel, you should be deeply ashamed and reconsider your policies to ensure a more hospitable and caring environment for all guests.
