- I wanted to reduce my stay by 1 night which was within my terms. Pushed me back to Booking.com who were OK with it and then when I spoke to reception & said this, they said that Booking.com contacted the wrong dept. Was just given the run around. Everything was pushed back to me to sort. A sarcastic manager did not help, one who gave me a credit after I asked for his name. I never used the credit as was there for work and at a tradeshow.
- Loud helicopters from 4.15am outside my window. Would not allow me to switch my room as fully booked although they could of managed a swap I'm sure
- $50 charge to store anything personal in the fridge. Was told there should be a shelf. When I phoned Housekeeping for a shelf, told they could not send one
- Machine did not work for credit cards on check in so had to use my personal debit card. Phoned bank to initially resolve and they said it was a hotel machine issue.

The ability to disconnect from Vegas and have privacy is special at this place. Only a two-minute walk to Mandalay and all the action so your never far from the excitement.
