Great location rooms was clean...
Positives:
Rooms are clean and modern; pool area is quiet and inviting.
Negatives:
The hotel was helping promote an event in their pool area however the price advertised on the flyers was completely wrong and the event was double the cost, the frustrating part is they took no responsibility for helping promote an event with such a high price discrepancy held at their facility. The pool area could use umbrellas as there are none for guests. We also did not get the complimentary waters on our additional days as we stayed nights.

Staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating us with a different room but that what where it ends for that.
Negatives:
The first room they put us in, the 1.7 cubic foot mini refrigerator was not working, and it was on the floor. We went to the front desk to ask for another one and if they could put it on a table since my wife has a bad back, We went out for dinner and when we came back to the room, I went to check the fridge to make sure it works and as I opened it up and it almost fell over onto my foot because one of the front legs on the fridge was missing and the table was not very deep. We went back down to the front desk, and they offered us another room. We did switch to another room and once we got settled in, we discovered that both toilets were so low that you had to hold on to the bathroom counter to lift yourself up plus we ended up buying our own toilet paper because there's was like sandpaper. Next, the water pressure in one shower was too strong and there was no way to adjust the pressure with the shower faucet. Later after taking a shower there was a moldy/musty smell. I believe it may be because they used granite that are for counter tops for the shower walls and it will soak up water like a sponge if not sealed, plus you could see at the bottom, 1/4 of the granite was darker due to water, I was going to take a shower next time in the 2nd bathroom but the hot water was not working in that one. We decided it was not worth to change rooms again and to just deal with it instead of trying another room.
