They put me in a nice quiet room when I asked

The room needs a plumber to address the p-trap in the bathroom because the sink gives off an annoying and unhealthy sewer gas. How could the staff ignore this? I ended up filling the sink with water and closing the bathroom door
Staff at front desk neglected to instruct me on the complicated elevator securely so I asked a random other guest... Who was also confused

It’s close to Fremont Street, it’s not a huge hotel

I’ve been there once before and had a very good time. This time the room seemed dirty walls had scuff marks all over them. The first room we were in the toilet seat was broken off of the toilet. The second room we were in the toilet seat was loose my husband had to tighten it. the phone receiver didn’t work so we weren’t able to call the front desk and the café downstairs had awful food.
