One of the two elevators was out of service, the room looked like it was in desperate need of a facelift, and the hot breakfast was terrible.

It was cozy, comfortable, large, clean, and well decorated. The room had a kitchen and so much closet space and cubbies to keep your stuff out of sight and keep your room clean!

The breakfast was absolutely horrible! There weren't any napkins, silverware, water, milk, etc. Guests were rifling through the cabinets to find supplies. There weren't that many guests eating and we decided to eat elsewhere.
