Guest can use the full-service business center and concierge services. A gym is also located on site. Embassy Las Vegas hotel provides a daily full, cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception. The only thing that is sufficient is the breakfast.
Negatives:
The worst staff I have ever talked to. They called their self manager even if they don’t even know how to deal with consumers. They took money from my card without any of my permission. They ask in addition to the room a deposit of 50$ …but they don’t take just 50$ from your card…they took 500$ from my card during the night I was there. I don’t want to write further details because my bank is working on this case.

Very friendly staff, very helpfull (at the reception and at the bar). That made our stay much better!
The room was quite big.
Negatives:
The communication before our stay was quite poor (and descriptions of rooms on booking.com are not very precise as in the confirmation you may get different information than during the reservation) - in fact the hotel didn't respond...
During the stay, in a room for four we found 3 towels, 2 cups for coffee and 3 coffees. I guess that a chain like Hilton should pay more attention to such details.
