The spacious suites offer a separate living area with a large work desk. Las Vegas Embassy Suites offers local area transportation. Guest can use the full-service business center and concierge services. A gym is also located on site. Embassy Las Vegas hotel provides a daily full, cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception. Positives:
Very friendly staff, very helpfull (at the reception and at the bar). That made our stay much better!
The room was quite big.
Negatives:
The communication before our stay was quite poor (and descriptions of rooms on booking.com are not very precise as in the confirmation you may get different information than during the reservation) - in fact the hotel didn't respond...
During the stay, in a room for four we found 3 towels, 2 cups for coffee and 3 coffees. I guess that a chain like Hilton should pay more attention to such details.

The free breakfast was good. A nice variety of food.
Happy hour was also a nice bonus.
It was back from the strip so quiet but keep in mind it is too far to walk (especially when hot) so you need to Uber back and forth.
Negatives:
The several pieces of furniture in the room were broken - one even taped up. The draws didn't open nicely and often tipped.
Although it was clean we still had to go and ask housekeeping for the correct amount of towels every day.
The booking.com listing was incorrect. It said there were free shuttles down to the strip and to the airport but in actuality neither of these things for available.

Although paid for the stay upon departure (more than expected btw), the amount even larger than the payment has been kept reserved on the credit card for 1,5 months and still not released.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area. Yet, it is conveniently located just a short distance from the vibrant Strip and a variety of shops, ensuring that you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Negatives:
The hotel lost our reservation, which was very inconvenient. The front desk manager seemed more concerned with us listening quietly to her explanation that the hotel wasn't at fault. When I tried to suggest a solution, she raised her voice and insisted that, as the front desk manager, I needed to listen to her.

Pool closes at 5pm?????????? One of the reasons we got this room was because of the nice pool and my son loves swimming. But when we got there we found out it closes at 5pm. I have never been to a place that had a pool especially in Vegas that closes it at 5pm. Especially being Vegas and how hot it gets people love to go swimming in the evening when it is cooler. So that really made up upset and probably won’t ever go back just because of that. Especially since when I called before I made the reservation and talked about the pool and was never told it closes at 5pm and also a lot of the rooms around us were jewelry sales room and people constantly walking around next to our room being loud
