No Security at the elevator doors to the rooms.
-No window in the room you could see out of, they were frosted over.
-The counters and floors of the room not cleaned.
-Low battery on safe and waiting 1 hr on 2 separate occasions for maintenance to come to the room but they never did. “They were really busy”. Couldn’t even schedule them to come 1st thing in the morning.
-homeless people in the casino.
-you have to request water be sent to you room even tho its included.
-its a money grab and not about giving you the best stay experience.

It was a fun getaway....

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. The pool was the best part of the hotel with the sharks, slide, plenty of seating for guests, and the alcohol prices at the pool were very reasonable. The Jello shots were a fun plus!

The room could have been cleaner. It had a little bit of a smell. The bathroom sink was clogged.

loved our room! king bed that was just right. slept very well. the Rush Tower was super quiet, swift elevators, clean bathrooms. Loved the larger soaker tub/shower combo, private toilet area & the super fresh scented soaps & shampoo. loved all the mirrors for guests to get ready outside of bathroom. the desk & dresser area was huge with lots of storage. room size larger than most. the Shark Tank in the pool area was AMAZING! close to everything on Fremont Street.

Check-in was long & tedious. i had requested an early check-in. when we arrived early, we waited & waited in line. when we finally got to the desk, the staff wanted to charge us $15 for an early 45 min check-in! trash cans in rooms WAY too small & too few.
