Positives:
Bed and pillows were comfortable and the continental breakfast was great!
Negatives:
Check in was a fiasco. Was told by girl checking us in that we owed more money because booking.com only paid them so much. Then when we spoke to the manager about the mix up on their end, she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and that I was basically crazy. No apologies or anything.
Pool chairs were dirty. Towels were not the cleanest and the pool was not heated. Location was sub par for Summerlin.

It was my first time in Las Vegas for a vacation and I am so happy I chose this hotel. It’s incredible value for that price. It’s exceptionally clean, rooms are spacious and modern, wifi is fast I didn’t have any issues, staff is very nice and helpful and I also loved the breakfast!

Positives:
The hotel was clean and comfortable. All of the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was a nice variety.
Negatives:
The only thing which is minor is there could have been more of a central/main lighting. There was only a switch for light in the walkway/entrance and then lamps by the beds and corner of the room.
