The room on the top floor was just below your roof heating/air conditioning units which created lound vibration noises in our room and was difficult to get good sleep through the night. I should not have paid for the room under these conditions and request a full refund.
My confirmed reservation was through Priceline with a promotional VIP Rate and Priceline and Hampton Inn did not honor my confirmed reservation price and I need a refund!

I liked that there was a washer and dryer, the breakfast Buffy for limited but not bad
Negatives:
The IIC rating was bad I could hear the people above my room walking and even the plumbing would resonate through the walls of other people taking showers. I could also hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, so the STC rating is not that great either. Also there’s some comments made on the internet of the house keeping stealing which made me uncomfortable, they could remedy that by providing a safe but surprisingly there was no safe which I was surprising for the price. The location is more car friendly less pedestrian friendly meaning there’s a lack of sidewalks, but great for anyone who has a rental car. Also the TV is not a smart TV so forget about streaming shows or movies. The internet speed was 8 Mbps in my room which is pretty low.
