I liked that the location was pretty much in the middle of the strip. So we can walk either way

When we first arrived, I was in line to check in with an actual person. One of the personnel guys came and told us he would assist us in self check in.. He asked for my ID and walked away, I stood at the kiosk waiting, having to push the time button. He returned and pretty much rushed me through the process. When it asked if we had a self park vehicle, i said yes and he said okay, a parking ticket will print and then just said, okay all set your keys will pop out and took off to help someone at the counter. After like two minutes of waiting, the kiosk said no keys available. Went to the guy who helped us to inform him and he said to get in line. Like no, I already was in line and you took is to the kiosk when we were in line for a person, not self check in. So another employee from VIP helped us out. When we left in our vehicle to go out to Freemont Street the parking pass nor the room key worked to get out, so we had to pay. The following day, we left in the car again and had to pay again. When we checked out on self check out I saw we were charged for parking both days and went to stand in line to speak with someone. I explained the parking and that we paid and were being charged for the parking on our invoice and showed her proof we paid and she said we would be refunded. We are on day four and nothing yet.

It was a little loud until middle of the night, but I also didn’t know what to expect on the strip in Vegas.
