Express check-in and check-out was smooth and hotel location was very convenient. Room was clean and no heavy smells when first entered.

Shower area -- there was partial closure to the shower stall and caused the floor outside the shower to be wet (no way to avoid that). Also the lighting in the room could be better -- too dim overall.

Booking.com and/or the hotel completely screwed up my stay. I booked two rooms for myself and two friends. Even though all of the many emails indicated that we had two rooms, when I got there the hotel only had one with no additional rooms available. One of my party had to sleep on the floor (no roll away bed was available). The hotel suggested that I contact Booking, but there is no customer service phone number and text and email inquiries got no responses that day. When they did respond it was only to say they would look into it. So far I have heard nothing more. This will be the LAST time I use Booking.com!
