Super uncomfortable mattresses. Especially the fold out couch bed. Could feel the metal springs underneath. King mattress was uncomfortable at best.

My only interaction with anyone from the property was a nice housekeeper asking if I knew where my room was, and I loved that. I was able to check in and use a digital key to go straight to my room. At the end of my stay was able to check out from my phone as I left.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed it was clean my children liked the breakfast.
Negatives:
One AC unit in the room was broken. It blasted cold air and would not turn off with the power button. It was too late and we were too tired to call The front desk. Also my husband and I thought the beds could be more comfortable.
