The hotel property smells so bad. Just cigarettes. And the lobby is the casino of course which is loud and dirty. The room was decent. Old and beat up but clean enough

Self check-in was horrendous, hidden fees, not getting the room I paid for and having to pay extra to "upgrade", lack of customer service. Not worth what it costs after all the fees.

When I checked in I was sent to 3 different rooms, the first 2 were occupied. The noise outside my suite was SO LOUD (I am assuming a generator),the sliding doors were so thin that the air from outside was literally coming in, air condition never got cold, no one answered the phone when calling front desk, broken hair dryer (I had to call 3 times to get a new one and it took over an hour for someone to bring it to me), the drapes were were ripped and not hanging/closing properly, no security to get in elevators, rooms service food options were VERY minimal (there was nothing to order that did not contain meat),the casino smelled awful, no air ventilation.

It was not clean. There was a spot of dry vomit right in front of the toilet (no photo to show nasty to show) the room pretty dusty lamps edge of carpet hallway everything most of the staff memebers not very helpful and receptical not sure what happened first day no room service was provided I hated to checked in by myself no hotel info I had to ask for everything except laguage dept super friendly and parking in and out was a pain no help available I had to pay extra $$ the last day to get out of the parking bc no help was available
