Negatives: Staff at reception very in impolite- feeling you are not treated as valuable customer. but more than a beggar + Pool ok, however water bottles floating in the pool - nobody cared - Bier and cocktails at crazy prices… but four guards watching the pool?! Fitness center not watched but ok to do morning excercise.

Negatives: Slow elevators

Negatives: The swimming pool closed rather early so I never got the chance to swim and relax by the pool.

Negatives: They need to bring water bottles to the rooms daily

Negatives: Staff member didi mot want to check us in ss it was 3 minutes brfore 3pm and wanted us to go to the back of the line that was very long. As we would not move she did it, by then it waas 3pm anyway. Not the best first impression, but hotel was very good. Perfect location

Negatives: Ac wasn’t cooling down the room.

Negatives: Needs an update.

Negatives: The room didn’t get cleaned 2 of the 4 days we were there. Staff takes forever for anything.

Negatives: I went to the self check in kiosks only to find that the system wasn't working ... When I checked in we were not offered the room we paid for. I asked what was the point of paying extra for booking a room with a view if the booking was not going to be honored. I was told that they make no promises to keep the room you booked... I told them that's exactly what a booking is. I was met with no eye contact and loud typing sounds that sounded dramatic lol. As I was being ignored I asked what would be done with the extra money I will be charged. The clerk said that I can come back at 11-2pm and ask for a room change then asked me to sign "here" so that it can be entered in the system... I came back the next day at 11 and there were no rooms ready, I then came back again at 1ish and was told that they didn't have any rooms like the one I booked and asked me to come back at 2. I asked if there was another way to do this because we already had to change our morning and afternoon plans to be at the front desk when they asked... Then out of nowhere there was a room available, I kindly said thank you and changed rooms with my wife and toddler. When we got into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke and dope, luckily my wife and I don't normally care about the smell of weed but the cigarette smoke was intense. We didn't have anymore time to spend negotiating a fair outcome without ruining the rest of our day, so left right away and had a good time. We came back and realized all over again how full-on the cigarette smoke was. By this time we found out that there was a big poker tournament starting in the morning so didn't bother trying to reason with the hotel staff. Luckily our toddler was tired enough to fall asleep while asking us to go home because he hated the smell. My wife also got to sleep ok but my eyes were super itchy and I had a hard time getting to sleep.

Negatives: The TV and wifi didn’t work. The Air conditioner wasn’t good. We were promised money back, I haven’t see it yet
