Room was not cleaned the last day that I stayed . It was 10pm by the time I got back to room. Did not want to deal with getting it cleaned. Had 7am departure time.

Great location right in the middle of the strip.
Negatives:
The entire lobby area and cassino and bar areas smell heavy of cigarette smoke. We went to Planet Hollywood and the Parisian and somehow they do not smell. The Horseshoe also closes the nice pool area at 5pm so it's unavailable during the evening.

Even though staff confirmed that our parking is included and added $20 parking fee to room, it wasnt the case. This caused unplanned delay and almost missed the flight.
Positives:
Location mid-strip is PERFECT! Directly connected to Paris hotel and Monorail adding a wide variety of convenient choices for shopping, dining and site-seeing. Price was very competitive.

Hallways were dirty. No one at elevator security stand; there was actually a guy walking through the hallways putting sales flyers on room doors. Room showed signs of age; time for updating. No room service on our final night even after calling for help.
