Positives: Being so close to the airport, I was happy how quiet the rooms were. The AC worked well, the shower worked well.

Negatives: The beds were on the older side, the springs were worn and the bed was a bit lumpy. The property overall could use some TLC.

Negatives: There was an extra charge of $25 on my account after the stay had concluded. This was for an "early check-in" when it showed my booking time was 3pm not 11am like early check-in states. Hopefully I can get it refunded and sorted out soon. Overall stay 7/10 but with my issue and no extra clarification 2/10

Positives: Didn't have breakfast.

Negatives: The night staff were extremely rude. The day staff were very nice and pleasant. First room TV didn't. Switched us to room next door. The bathtub plug didn't fit. Toilet flushes every 20 minutes. Warm not hot water. Clean room, lobby and parking lot.
