The room wasn’t what I expected, we had all the time the strong smell of Marjay in the room and we don’t smoke that, other guests like two doors down the had a big husky dog in the room, and the fact that when I booked the rooms online it offers continental breakfast just to get people to stay and when you arrive they have a sign that says “we don’t offer free breakfast please contact booking.com if they offer you that.

Plenty of parking. Nice check in person. The room was disgusting, dirty and looked nothing like the pictures also we booked for a double bed and was given a different room type, two separate beds. One of the reasons we booked was because you/ booking.com said breakfast was provided and that also is not the case, no breakfast is provided. Please update this listing as this is false advertisement. I would have canceled the booking had I not been exhausted from a long drive at it wasn’t 12:30 a.m. this booking is very disappointing.

Also booking.com does not have working customer service, as I attempted to contact customer support for over an hour to no avail, the message link is broken and the phone number has a broken automation system. I will not be using this app to book ever again.
