La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Las Vegas Summerlin Tech

Negatives: I paid advance and when I arrived they charge my debit card twice and know I need to wait 7-10 business days for me to received my money back to my debit card.

Negatives: It was a bit dirty in the hallways work. The air-conditioning didn’t work in the fitness room.

Negatives: Floors and the bathtub were filthy. Upon checking in, it took the whatever her job is at the front desk, it took over 30 minutes to find our pre-registration even with confirmation number. Ridiculous. Had me call booking. com which didn't help, after 8pm...

Negatives: When we entered room there was still hair from previous guest on floor in bathroom. The hand towels in bathroom were also dirty and used from previous guest . The ice machine on our floor and another were out of service also the plus I tried to charge my phone on the plug reciprocal didn't work . For over 200 bucks a day this is ridiculous to have this many thing wrong. Plus the cleaning ladies ONLY come at 8 am THIS IS VEGAS so if you want your room cleaned each day you must get up and be out by 730 . We put up do not disturb and they still knocked on our room . Definitely not like Wyndham red rock like we have stayed before

Negatives: Where do I start? The room was not clean. The floor was sticky in spots. The sink drain in the bathroom stunk and there was something awful lodged in it. My guess is vomit or dog food. The bed was sagging and lumpy.

Negatives: Alarm went on at 2am and they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off until 4am. The lady at the front said that we would get a refund for the night. Next day comes and they say that they can only take $50 off the bill.. instead of taking $50 off they charged me an extra $50!! And when I called to inquire about it they adjusted the bill incorrectly once again so I had to call again.. terrible experience. They didn’t even send an email to the guests apologizing for the incident, as there were many elderly people waiting in front of the hotel for hours.

Negatives: The morning receptionist lied and told me my son was peeing in the front yard, when I questioned her about it, she said it was a guest not her. She also got upset that my son spilled plastic folks during breakfast and picked them up, but he didn't throw them in the trash. I stayed there for 4 weeks while my house was getting fixed and when we first came they told me the pool would be open in 1 week. The entire 4 weeks I was there the pool was never open. The treadmills where broken, the key card for the rooms never work. And I was told house keeping only comes upon request, they never just walk in your room they walked in while I was sleeping 6x. The lock for the back door is never locked, and the breakfast is horrible. Same thing every day and their juice machine is always broken.

Negatives: I only ran into 1 problem. There was no hot water when I tried to shower in the morning. It was barely warm, which was very unpleasant. The bathroom doors were dirty and needed to be wiped down, but everything else seemed clean.

Negatives: Orange juice dispenser was broken for breakfast.

Negatives: Our room was filthy. Spills and splatters on the walls and furniture. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet after bathing and walking around the room after about a half an hour. We had no toiletries except a small bar of soap provided. The freeway was very loud. The bed was okay. Not worth the money.

Negatives: I stay at La Quinta everywhere i go, i never had an issue but the lady that checked me in was very rude. I will never stay at another one ever again!!
