The ‘inclinators’ that are in place of elevators need to be condemned. Waiting 20 minutes to have a loud and bumpy ride down to the lobby is not a good way to start your morning.

Positives:
We have stayed in other hotels on the strip that were very loud. Our room in the Luxor was surprisingly very quite; not much noise could be heard from the outside or from the hotel. The room and bathroom was clean. The casino/ upper floor gives a completely unique experience from the rest of the strip.
Negatives:
Sometimes at night the elevator lobby on 1 to go up to the rooms would get pretty crowded. Also and honestly not even that big of a deal but we weren't too impressed with the food available but the Excalibur was an indoor walk on some people movers away with a bigger food court / restaurant area.

The design of the hotel in general - it's a pyramid! Amenities are great and the pool was brilliant (if unheated!). I have stayed here in the past and would definitely do so again.
Negatives:
The pool was unheated and the restaurants in the Luxor were quite expensive. The bathroom extractor fan was incredibly loud and the shower was incredibly aggressive... but for the price I wouldn't reduce the stars from maximum.
