There was everything you needed from breakfast, lunch and dinner to shows, exhibitions, snacks, drinks, treats. We loved the pool as well. Comfy beds!
Negatives:
Checking in was a bit of a pain. The app crashed so we were not able to do a self check-in and the line to check-in was about 40 mins wait. They did have lots of receptionists checking folks in but it was a damper on our experience upon arriving. Had the app worked the way it was intended it would have been a lot smoother and perfect trip.

Positives:
Facilities were good. Food was good. Especially steak house. Staff were friendly from start to finish everywhere. The spa bath in the room. The bed. The atmosphere (in all parts of the hotel). The choice of entertainment.
Negatives:
The toilet was terrible. Water level was too high making going to the toilet challenging . There was no proper cupboard, there were no convenient light switches in the room. There was a wet spot in the corner of the room. The lifts felt like they were falling apart. Decor seemed to be really old and worn out. Parking was terrible. Hard to find a spot. Check in took forever and should have been able to do online.

This hotel is beyond incredible! Incredible is an understatement!! This place will take your breath away with it's incredible size. It's a city in a hotel!
You have casinos, bars, a club, a cinema, multiple pools, a shopping centre, spa , beauty salons, convenience stores, live entertainment, exhibitions, mega sized Egyptian decor, escalators, a unique sideways travelling elevator, a food court , restaurants and a variety of room options.. ALL INSIDE THAT PYRAMID! there's even an actual bank, a bunch of ATMS .. the staff give us a $35 birthday voucher to use and the staff is so polite. You realistically don't have to leave your hotel for an epic night in Vegas but if you do everything is right up the same street. They clean your room every day aswell.
