About This Property
Located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, this resort features an 11-acre beach and a casino. This hotel also includes rooms with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. At Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, every room features floor to ceiling windows, as well as a seating area. Two outdoor splash swimming pools complete with a lazy river and a real sand beach are all featured at the Mandalay Bay beach. Private poolside cabanas and a full-service spa are also available. A conference center is available for business guests. Guests can take advantage of many on-site dining options, such as Stripsteak and Border Grill. Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is home to a variety of nightlife and entertainment options including the House of Blues and several bars and lounges. The housekeeping team was amazing, from the gentleman who brought us extra towels, to the ladies cleaning our room they were really nice and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. Our suite was really nice.
Negatives:
On arrival day, we waited in line for about 40 minutes or more to check in and there were not that many people in front of us. The front desk attendant was short in her answers and some point seem like she was frustrated or not having a good day. Our room was not ready by the time we checked in (around 4:00- 4:30 pm). She only told us to move aside and wait for a text saying that when our room was ready, and to go to kiosk to obtain our room keys. No explanation about the amenities that the hotel offered, no explanation about the housekeeping or do not disturb option in our room or explained us where the rooms was located. We felt disappointed because we saw other guest getting all the information, offers to shows etc. We had to ask the housekeeping team to give us all the information. That was not a good way to start our anniversary celebration.

First, swimming pool was full of kids. No adults were using it at all. It was a disappointment.
Second, refrigerator in the room is not usable because if you put ‘your food’ you’ll be charged $50 per stay.
Third, front desk?! no picking up a call from room.

Clean hotel beds were soft and comfortable .. we were in the 6th floor but the plumbing was not that great our shower or tub would gurgle and pipes would rattle when someone was in the shower next door or above us in another room was flushing or showering.. room service was great and location to stadium was great too pictures were from room window also liked that you didn’t hear road traffic or cars
