Located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, this resort features an 11-acre beach and a casino. This hotel also includes rooms with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. At Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, every room features floor to ceiling windows, as well as a seating area. Two outdoor splash swimming pools complete with a lazy river and a real sand beach are all featured at the Mandalay Bay beach. Private poolside cabanas and a full-service spa are also available. maid service was never explained so they did not clean my room for the 3 nights i stayed there. they did come check what items i took from the supplied items on the counter. It is terrible for the hotel to charge $25 for one liter of Fiji water!!!

The check out was a little difficult had to go back in and recheck out. I was charged valet twice and first check out person was not very helpful or pleasant. The property was amazing and second staff that took over helping me figure checkout out was amazing.

All the dogs that we saw in the hotel. Thought about confining pets to certain floor? Maybe have pet-free rooms - similar to smoke-free rooms back in the day. Dogs shed and some people are allergic. No matter how much the room is cleaned you can’t get all the dog hair.

Parking very confusing, you pull in and there are no directions for self parking. Took 20 minutes to find out it was blocks away. Paid for 2 vehicles for parking and no one explained to use your room key to exist the parking structure. Phone did not work in the room and could not call front desk. Could not speak with anyone at front desk unless I waited in at least a 30 minute line even at 11 PM! Gratuity bar is a joke. Take it out and give guests a working mini-fridge! Should be no charge for an additional roll away bed, would have been glad to tip whoever brought it if there was not a $40 charge. When making reservation, was not informed that the majority of the pools, including the wave pool were closed and that they were "seasonal." My daughter was bitterly disappointed by this and we would have never stayed at the Mandalay had we known this.
