Everything was wonderful. The location for me was good. It is far away from the Strip Center but you have many options around you. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. when we received the room there were a couple of issues, the TV in the room was not working and the faucet handle in the restroom was leaking, the Tech came and fixed them and offered us a dining voucher to use as compensation. Thanks!
Negatives:
The swimming pool closes quite early at 6 PM. It would be much better if the hours were extended by at least one more hour.

I liked that there is a dog relief area and the Mandalay beach. The Delano wellness room smelled pleasant as did the hallways.
Negatives:
I came to this facility specifically for doggie benefits and found that they did not have a dog menu available and no determinant time of when they would. Was told I got a free upgrade to wellness room but was actually charged for it and end of stay.
