Located directly on the Las Vegas Strip, this resort features an 11-acre beach and a casino. This hotel also includes rooms with a 42-inch flat-screen TV. At Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, every room features floor to ceiling windows, as well as a seating area. Two outdoor splash swimming pools complete with a lazy river and a real sand beach are all featured at the Mandalay Bay beach. Private poolside cabanas and a full-service spa are also available. A conference center is available for business guests. Guests can take advantage of many on-site dining options, such as Stripsteak and Border Grill. Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is home to a variety of nightlife and entertainment options including the House of Blues and several bars and lounges. We had a great stay! The rooms and property of the hotel were all very clean and well maintained. The salad at the pool was surprisingly fresh and yummy and we were even able to find some shade by the pool. An overall very nice Vegas stay.

Beautiful hotel, clean room and facility. Fantastic location to shopping, the Luxor, tram, and monorail. Great food, great staff.
Pool is icy cold, which felt amazing in the desert heat. Lazy river and wave pool were all perfect
Negatives:
70 bucks to use the room fridge! Everything that typically is part of a hotel stay in any other city but not here. Charges for bottled water, no complimentary coffee, you have to pay for that as well. Roll out bed was all springs and no cushion. Hotel bed was great though. 40 bucks for a tube for the lazy river, and wave pool rules were super strick. We were not allowed to sit or play in the shallow areas and I have no idea why. Our kids like to play there and we sit on the bottom with out bodies half submerged. Idk?

Positives:
I booked a reservation at Madalay and I ended up booking it at Delano Hotel . Front desk lady wasn’t nice at all but front desk lady from Mandalay was so nice and she explained me how to get to Delano hotel . For the rest personal experience for first time was really bad .

It was a disaster

Most everything. We enjoyed the pool and 4 different restaurants.
Negatives:
During 4 days there, our room was "refreshed" only once. On Sunday the 23rd, I asked the Housekeeping Attendant 3 different times, telling him each time that we were going to gone for a time. He agreed, but never did it. Later, I had to hunt down someone and get clean towels.

Positives:
The room was nice.....comfortable bed. The hotel is attached to the Michelob Ultra Arena which was good for us as we were there to see WNBA games.
Negatives:
The mini bar was a bit of a rip off. It was way too expensice and the card said "sensory activated" which I found out later meant "don't touch anything" or you will be charged. I didn't find the reception staff to be particulary friendly or helpful.
