The staff were friendly. Location was not the best but it definitely felt pretty safe since a security guard was present at night.
Negatives:
The rooms do not look anything like the photos. Our room looked like a typical motel 6 room (it was a motel 6 before it was a park inn). The sink had a really bad smell when being used (smelled like rotten eggs). We had booked a non-smoking room, however our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The bathtub had some weird yellow and black/grey stains. This place looks like it needs to be remodeled and deep cleaned.

Robbyn at the front desk was super helpful in accommodating my arrival request and getting me checked in, great customer service. I also was placed in a nice, quiet room in the back of the hotel with not a lot of activity around it, which was a plus.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, especially the beds. :(

Courteous staff. Boulder station casino is right next door and nice.
Negatives:
Property is surrounded by homeless, prostitutes, and drug dealers. I encountered all walking to boulder station casino next door. I didn't get my room cleaned or towels until 4 days into stay. No soap either.

I do not recommend. Bad location, homeless people and drug addicts were everywhere. Dealers and prostitutes lived there. banging on the room door at night. I wanted to get into the car at night and leave, but going out at night would be worse than staying in the room until morning.
