As always, we LOVE staying at New York New York. This is our go-to place when in Vegas!!! We love the atmosphere and the location, and the restaurants.

This is the reason for the low rating, and for all the years of coming here, we have NEVER been treated like this. Some of the front desk and management (Demarius) needs training when dealing with customers. Demarius, to be a manager, had a very condescending, sarcastic, and borderline disrespectful when we specifically asked to speak to a manager. I work in a hospital setting and deal with patients from the nicest to the most vile. But we are not allowed to do is make them feel disregarded or less than a patient under any circumstances. That is what Demarius and the first young lady ( sorry I didn't her name)that took our payment did. I wish I could speak to someone over Demarius to give the exact details of our experience.

Such a fantastic experience staying in a hotel designed like it is. Great location for getting to places on the strip. We left our luggage on the last day at the Bell desk for no charge, apart from tips - which meant we could really use the day before our flight.
Negatives:
No fridge - but 40 deg outside - could have done with being able to take a cold drink with us. No tea or coffee making facilities - not good. Extremely noisy on the ground floor.
