Positives:
Room was large and seemed newly renovated. Nice and quiet considering location and rollercoaster outside the window. Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Waited 30+ minutes in a check in line, 2 staff checking guests in and the rest of the staff just standing behind the desk chatting to each other. Receptionist didn’t communicate how to find the lifts. No personal welcome or interaction just ‘costs this much, swipe your card’.

Great hotel let down by...
Positives:
Felt like we had everything we needed at the resort. The restaurants were very good. The piano bar was great only you had to pay to get in I think. The resort was huge. Easy to get misplaced.
Negatives:
I felt like the restaurants should give a discount for staying guests. Did not see many waitresses in the casino to order drinks. The rooms AC would cut off while we weren't in the room so the rooms would be warm when returning.
