An unforgettable experience
Positives:
Perfect location for accessing the strip. The Park MGM/NoMad has a quieter feel than some of the other hotels on the strip. The free tram between Park MGM and Bellagio is a great perk for this hotel. Greeted on arrival by friendly and welcoming staff. Room was spacious, clean and well laid out and had everything we needed, toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Quiet/no disturbances while in the room. Would definitely stay again if returning to Vegas
Negatives:
It’s a shame the NoMad pool is only open on weekends. It’s advertised as having its own pool, yet doesn’t open in the week. Park MGM pools are available for use instead but would have liked the experience of using the NoMad pool.
A mini fridge to store drinks would be nice (mini bar fridge is sensor operated so not an option)

Good location, easy to walk everywhere. Smaller hotel, no rush or lines. Room size big.

Noise from outside, probably air condition system. High prises, coffee downstairs 6.50 dollars/cup (small).

Boutique hotel within a hotel. Decor is great, rooms and bath are large

The hallways and public spaces are very dark and poorly lighted. Hard to see and uncomfortable for a woman on her own

An oasis of tranquility and style, the opposite of all the other brash and tasteless resorts.
Negatives:
The offering are very limited. Wish it had more dinning and entertainment options, so you don’t need to venture out of the hotel. Also the bar should much darker, and music less mainstream.

Grear business trip

The girl who checked us in - I believe her name was Julia - went above and beyond for us. We arrived early and she let us know that she would call or email us as soon as we could check in. They were out of regular rooms with a king-size bed (which was what I booked) so she had given us a complimentary upgrade to a larger room with two queen beds. We went to the lobby bathroom to freshen up and when we got back to her to drop off our bags, she gave us a complimentary food voucher out of nowhere. It was a very nice gesture and a huge help when we went to get lunch.
The room itself was huge and lovely. The shower was absolutely amazing. Everything about it was great.
The guy who checked us out, as well as the bellhop who helped us on our way out, were very friendly and helpful as well.
There was a bit of noise in the afternoon, but the room was completely quiet from the evening well into the morning.
Negatives:
It would have been very helpful (and standard) for there to have been a mini-fridge for our leftovers and such (the minibar one had a sensor auto-charge system going on).
The "resort fee" is one of those silly things that you'll only find in Vegas. Besides the WiFi (which in most other non-Vegas hotels is included in the price of the room), we didn't have time to use any of the things included in it, so we didn't love having to pay it.
