Positives: Elevators were good. the restaurants close to the hotel elevators. gym is good, my son enjoyed it. when first arrived to the hotel, no one greeted us. I had to find a bell hop to help with my luggage. not a very good first impression.

Negatives: The rooms were ok, outdated for sure. The piece of the bedroom stuck out which easily could have hurt us/tripped over. The bed lamp on the side is broken and doesn't stay up.. another hazard. Elevators were good. NO concierge, lame. there's basically no one to help during check-in other than waiting in the long lines. At least have someone roaming around to answer questions as people waited for the next available person to check us in. And why is check-in and checkout the same line? And why couldn't I check out through my TV???
