I didn't like not being notified that I would have no access to water for about 4 hours! I read the notice once in my room, but had to change plans. Didn't care for mobile check in, we still had to stand in a long line to get keys to second room. Cold water and water pressure was low as well

I was not able to use the app to check-in so i used the kios instead. It was fast and easy to check-in using the kios. Self park is $20 per day as of 2024 and will be included in the total at check out, go out of the garage using the room key was easy
Negatives:
Hall way is a bit smelly, there is no electric kettle or microwave in the room, the safe box doesn’t work as it was locked (no reset option, maybe someone forgot something inside it)

Positives:
We love this resort and have stayed here before. The location cant be beat, you can walk to so many things on the strip. We booked an attraction view room. The room was very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the room was ready when we checked in remotely. We had a King sized bed and it was great, no lumps or bumps. The linens were clean and fresh. Wifi worked well. Happy that there was a little mini refrigerator so we could put things in it, some resorts have it stocked full of stuff, so there is no room for you to add anything. I like being in the Bordeaux tower because its an easy walk to everything we enjoy at the resort.
Negatives:
At the remote check in machine you are given your keys and a 'receipt' but no map or instructions on how to find your room. We were hoping to have a view of the sphere, we chose an attraction view but could not see it. The windows were also filthy so viewing anything was not great. Biggest complaint: No coffee in the room, so you have to go downstairs and wait in a VERY long line to buy coffee. There are two places near the Bordeaux tower to buy coffee, and lines were 20-30+ minutes long at each. This was also the first time that the bell services guys were literally baiting for tips. We were going to tip them anyway, but they were kind of pushy about it, which we didnt appreciate.
Just so you are aware, its $40 per 24 hour period for valet, plus whatever you tip. I guess thats how all the vegas resorts are these days, plus $50 (I think) in resort fees, adds almost $100/night to your stay so keep that in mind.
