If you cancel your reservation after Dec 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The price, a seven-11 very very close, military discount.

Negatives: The staff were awful. The security guard was a piece of something. No housekeeping, the Internet was was essentially dialup. No fridge, coffee machine, or services. I spent $1k there and left feeling like dirt.

Negatives: Receiving room keys through a glass window. IDs required for all quests? We just need a place to sleep after our flight was cancelled. The homeless people sitting on the stairs to the second floor was a nice touch.
