The check in associate was very polite and professional.
Negatives:
The room was filthy, crud all over the floor. Night stand had sticky goo all over it. Hairs stuck to the walls. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close. The bathroom door jamb was literally broken apart from the wall and the wall had massive holes and damage like someone recently tried to violently rip the whole bathroom door off. The bathroom light didn't work. The bed springs were digging into my body. The a/c unit was 3 inches from the bed, blowing directly into the side of the bed, causing the person closest to it to FREEZE all night while the person on the other side could not feel any a/c at all and roasted in the 90+ degree weather at night. Absolutely miserable.
I did not feel comfortable even changing into my pajamas. I slept in my jeans above the covers and we got out of there as early as possible the next day.
Plus, the area the inn was located on was under severe construction and roads were blocked, causing a 25 minute detour, with massive construction noise all night.
